Returns
Once your item(s) are delivered, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Shipping
You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.
Unwanted Products
Unwanted product returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in unused condition only.
Exceptions
Gaming
Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer’s warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective you will need to contact the Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our “Unwanted Returns” section.
Personal Care Items

Returns Instructions
All returns must include tracking numbers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number of your return (orders@hobstop.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Refunds
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return.
