M213™ Quantum-Flex double shielded coax breaks all of the rules. We used modern poly dielectrics and state of the art manufacturing processes to offer improved flexibility without any reduction in power handling. M213™ handles the power and holds its impedance even when bent unlike similar sized foam dielectric cables. A high strand count tinned copper braided shield (96%) covers a free-floating aluminum foil shield (100%) which makes M213™ ultra-low loss. Double shielding eliminates unwanted signal leakage and by not bonding the foil to the poly dielectric, we’ve reduced thermal losses, improved flexibility and made cable termination even simpler. M213™ uses an ultra-fine high strand count pure copper center conductor. No copper plated aluminum or steel conductors here. Pure copper assures minimal series resistance, which is what it takes to maximize power transfer without loss. The fine strand count means more surface area and greater flexibility.
